You must do your tours through Denzil McIntosh with explorerjamaica.com. [--] He is GREAT! And is much cheaper that any tour through the resort. He will pick you up from the resort and take you anywhere you want to go. We went snorkeling and to Rick's for $25 a person (oppose to $45 through the resort). He also took us to a private island where we enjoyed more lobster. He took some friends of ours to Pelican Bar and YS Falls, which I wish we would have had time to explorer. I would highly recommend him to do anything, even shopping. He will will-and-deal with the local for you and protect you also. I give him an A++++! My girlfriend and I recently visited Negril for vacation and went through Explorer Jamaica Tours for some of the things we wanted to do while we were there. Prior to the trip I emailed about 10-12 different tour companies I found on Negril.com and waited for responses. The first response I got was from Denzil McIntosh with Explorer Jamaica. The email was very personable and made me feel comfortable with using this company. I got plenty of other emails from other companies but none AS NEAR as personable and helpful as Denzil's. Hey all,
Just wanted to give a public thank-you to Densil at explorerjamaica.com. He provided airport transportation for my family and I last week and did a great job, showing up on time (and not complaining that the flight was more than an hour late as midnight approached), displaying a sign for me and providing a great air conditioned and comfortable van.
He's young and fun -- not like a lot of these Jamaican cabbies -- and is always smiling and laughing and giving good suggestions without being pushy. View source....

I always tend to do quite a bit of research before I commit myself to book with a tour company...i must say Mr. Densil Macintosh was the perfect professional from the very start..i even spoke to him prior to us arriving in Jamaica! He always stays in communication with you no matter what! We stayed in Negril from Aug. 15-22nd and we chose the Black River Safari/YS Falls/ Appleton Rum Estate tour... Densil was our personal tour guide and made sure that we were happy with every part of our trip..we wanted to be exposed to the genuine "real" Jamaica and he made sure we received that experience.
